Metzo Importers has carefully positioned itself to take full advantage of the US market with a steadily expanding development plan built around Metzoraki. The early success of Metzoraki bodes well for future Cretan imports coming soon!

Bringing world famous Cretan olive oil to the US is the next step. Metzo Importers has secured invaluable raw material with 1000 olive trees around Faratsi and will soon be producing its own olive oil. Olive oil will be joining Metzoraki to bring the unique Cretan diet to American dinner tables.

Galanos Management in collaboration with Siganos Management (another prominent Faratsi supporter) recently funded the renovation of the village square; donating land for public parking, building a coffee shop and modern handicap accessible bathroom facilties. Faratsi will soon regain the life and sparkle that has been missing for so long.

For Yiani Galanos this is a personal all in bet to resurrect Faratsi and restore life, value and ultimately new residents to his hometown. Faratsi supporters hope that one day soon, permanent residents of Faratsi will no longer have to repeat the Kazanema (Raki making) wish of “See you again next year”.
